ICED COFFEE RECIPES TO COOL DOWN WITH

These iced coffee recipes are easy and will cool you down in no time. We love collaborating while sipping coffee and although Starbucks is always a fun excursion, we prefer to save our money for gadgets.

Having a Starbucks on practically every street corner makes it too easy to grab one. But all these stops for talls, grandes and ventis can really add up. Why not try making your own iced coffee? It’s easy, will save you money and it will cool you down. How refreshing is that?

FRAPPE: A GREEK STAPLE

Ingredients

3 teaspoons instant coffee like Nescafé, preferably the Greek version
2-3 teaspoons granulated sugar
Water
Ice
Milk

Directions:

In a cup, jar or shaker with a tight lid, combine sugar, instant coffee, enough water to come about 1” up the side of your container and a couple of ice cubes. Tighten the lid and shake quickly for at 30 seconds or more to get the mixture frothy.
Pour the frothy coffee, along with the ice cubes, into a tall glass filled about halfway up with more ice. Top with as much milk as you like and finish off with cold water. Serve with a spoon to mix in any undissolved sugar.

BLENDED VANILLA MOCHA

Ingredients

1/4 cup chilled strong coffee
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ice cubes
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
Whipped cream

Directions:

Combine coffee, ice cubes, milk, ice cream and chocolate syrup into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a large glass and garnish with whipped cream.

SWEET CINNAMON ICED COFFEE

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup coarsely ground dark roast coffee
2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
2-3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, to taste

Directions

Using your microwave or stove, heat water until it boils, then remove it from the heat and allow to cool for one minute.
Meanwhile, place the coffee in the cylinder of a French press along with the cinnamon sticks [ place the cinnamon flat so that you can easily use the plunger later ]. Pour the hot water over the grounds and stir the mixture for a little bit. Place the lid on the French press, leaving the plunger in its upper position. Allow to steep for 4 minutes.
Once brewing is complete, slowly move the plunger to its lower position and pour the coffee into a coffee cup or glass. Add in 2-3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk and stir until it is fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into cup or glass that has been filled with ice. Enjoy!

How to Host an Epic Super Bowl Party

It’s almost that time of year again. Friends will gather around the television on February 2 to root for their favorite team. Every hour of time spent watching the season and playoffs will come down to this very moment. It’s Super Bowl weekend, baby! Even if you aren’t a football fan, it is hard not to enjoy a good Super Bowl party. Good food, good friends, good commercials that we actually want to watch and good beer. How can life get any better?

The below are tips on how to host a winning Super Bowl party.

Before the party announcements:

• Make life easier and have everyone bring a dish to share. It will also make clean up faster because everyone will take their dishes home. Because who really wants to do dishes after the big game?
• Ask your guests to wear clothing that signifies the team they are rooting for. Sweatshirts and jerseys are great or just the team color works too. This will make your party that much more festive.

Before the party shopping:

• Stock the bar up with your favorite drinks and lagers. Make sure and have some non-alcoholic drinks for the designated drivers and plenty of juices for mixers. You could also ask your guests to bring a six-pack along so no one has to miss one second of the game for a beer run.
• Snacks: Easy snack food to put out includes chips and dip, hummus and pita chips, and Chex mix. Trader Joe’s has finger licking good pigs in a blanket and spinach pies that you can also pop in the oven at the last minute.
• If you are not hosting a potluck then think chili, pizza and buffalo wings. Nothing on your menu should be fancy and it should all be unhealthy.
• Don’t bring out the fine china. Super Bowl is all about a relaxed environment. Buy plenty of paper plates, napkins, drink cups, etc. You will be so grateful you did at the end of the evening!

Games:

• Have your guests bet on random statistics and then give a portion of the pot to each winner.
• Before the game make a list 5 – 10 words you think will be said many times throughout the game. Then set how many times everyone drinks when they are said. Bring back the old fashioned drinking game you used to play in college!

Dessert:

• Everyone will probably be really full from all the beer and junk food but if you want to have something sweet to end the day setting up an ice cream dessert bar is always a fun option. Choose three different ice creams and don’t forget toppers like nuts, whipped cream, sprinkles and sauces like caramel and hot fudge. Trader Joe’s has waffle cookies that you could put out for your guests to make ice cream sandwiches.

We send you a ready-to-wear look you can rent based on the collection you have chosen to subscribe to. At the end of the month send back the look for another fashionable man.

We have different style collections of men’s clothing based on your needs.

Mr. Play ($39): It refers to men’s casual clothing. Looks are comfortable and stylish.

Mr. Business ($45): It’s focused around more of a mens business casual look. The person borrowing from this collection believes fashion and business go hand in hand.

Mr. Details ($25): This menswear collection is geared toward improving an overall look by adding accessories. After all, the devil is in the details.

In order to look your best, you have to wear the best. Therefore, we strive to provide our customers with brand names including Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, H&M, Express, J Crew and Gap, to name a few.

If you are interested in becoming a member simply visit Our Collections page and choose which collection you would like to subscribe to. Next, hit the borrow button and fill in your sizes, shipping and billing information. Once you pay the monthly subscription fee, you will become part of the club and our stylists will begin working on what to fill in your next pack.

Packs are sent on the 10th of each month. Customers can sign up until 10 p.m. Pacific Time on the 8th of each month. If you sign up after 10 p.m. on the 8th, you’ll receive your pack the following month. We do provide a tracking number so you can stay up to date with the status of the package.

We offer a small insurance fee that you can add to your cart to cover normal wear and tear (minor stains, rips and stuck zippers). However, if you’ve opted out we will charge you a repair fee. If we assess that the item is damaged beyond repair, we will charge the full retail value.
